From tomorrow, Friday, January 21, until Friday 28, a part of the team will gather at the Hotel BUCA DEL GATTO Cecina (Li) for a first vacation retreat where you can learn more about cycling and especially in optimal climatic conditions .
The group will be composed of athletes who are not involved in the study, namely:
Grava, Azzolini, Basciu, Pozzo and Germans.
Salterà questo stage di preparazione Santimaria, il quale nella giornata di domenica 16, durante un'uscita d'allenamento è caduto procurandosi una frattura composta al braccio destro. Per lui 20 giorni di riposo.
In seguito, dal 12 al 19 febbraio, sempre nella stessa località si terrà il secondo ritiro in vista della stagione agonistica che prenderà il via con la Coppa San Geo del 26 febbraio.

Mirror Man - The Legacy of Captain Beefheart
A big inspiration was the Captain Beefheart's Magic Band, which I saw at the Royal Albert Hall in the early seventies. I was blown away. Before I never dreamed that the instruments could be played that way.

E' stato definito da pochi giorni la composizione del team che affronterà la stagione 2011, ormai alle porte, dal momento che il prossimo 26 febbraio saremo al via della tradizionale gara d'apertura Coppa San Geo.
Sono 4 gli atleti confermati dalla passata stagione, vale a dire Luca Santimaria, Matteo Grava, Mattia Pozzo e Andrea Cerutti; ai quali si vanno ad aggiungere:
Matteo Azzolini e Mirko Tedeschi rispettivamente classe 1991 e 1987, provenienti dal Pool Cantù; Loris Basciu, 1990, dal Gs Garlaschese; Simone Cento, 1992, dal Pedale Castanese (juniores); Alberto Cerutti, 1992, fratello di Andrea e proveniente dal V.C. Novarese (juniores); Davide Iannuzzi, 1992, dal S.C. Verbania (juniores); Edgaras Kovaliovas, lituano classe 1989, in arrivo dal V.C. La Pomme Marseille, ed infine Adrian Richeze, argentino classe 1989, dalla ORT Reale Mutua, fratello d'arte dei Roberto Ariel and professionals.
