Da quando nel Novembre 2009 è uscito l'album A sangue freddo , molte cose sono cambiate per il Teatro degli Orrori . Il disco è stato accolto con grandissimo favore da pubblico e critica (a Novembre verrà premiato al MEI come disco indipendente dell'anno) e i concerti della band sono diventati sempre più affollati.
